Guide to your experience
- This is an immersive experience, meaning you are in a shared environment with the performers
- The show exists in multiple rooms, with characters moving throughout, and multiple scenes happening simultaneously
- The experience begins by choosing which of the five chocolatier's groups you are in. You will begin and end with that chocolatier and be privy to certain details about their story
- For the majority of the experience, however, you are free to move about the space freely into the different rooms, following whichever characters you choose, and placing yourself at what level of proximity to the action you prefer
- That said, if you are ever prompted to move or guided into or out of an experience please cooperate
- There is no right or wrong way to navigate your journey, but here are a few tips:
- Follow your own impulses rather than sticking with another person or group. It's more fun if you get separated, you'll have more to talk about afterward
- Don't linger in doorways. Go right into the rooms. Have a seat. Make yourself at home. Just don't block the way of the performers
- Know that you won't see everything, so don't try. There are multiple scenes happening at the same time. Make a decision and stick with it
- Fortune favors the focused
- Chase the action
- Three final rules:
- Don't speak unless individually prompted to
- Don't open or close any doors or curtains
- Keep your mask over both mouth and nose at all times
